SGT Purifoy: Tae Kwon Do Team Helping Out

My team went off base with Grandmaster Kim to help some people off-post. We’re giving them some coal. They use it to heat their homes and for cooking. Helping those less fortunate than me makes me feel good about what we’re doing over here. I feel so lucky to be able to be on the Tae Kwon Do team here in Korea.
Not only do I get to do something I love from 9-5, but I’m also getting a great opportunity to experience the Korean culture.
